Can a bank for farmers sound as patient as the people it lends to?

A bank that sounds patient?

Dear Marrow & Vane, We lend to farmers and we wait a full season to be repaid. Our letters do not. They follow the template of a debt collector: red headings, final notices, deadlines in bold. Complaints rise every autumn, when the reminders land in the middle of harvest. Our borrowers are patient people; the farming families we work with plan in seasons, not in days. We want every letter to sound like the lender we actually are, all year round. Where do we start? The Head of Lending, Fallowmark Credit
