How does a city museum win back the under-25s?

Win back the under-25s?

Dear Marrow & Vane, Visits from people under 25 have fallen for six straight years, and nothing we try seems to stop it. The board keeps asking for a campaign, a new audience and a refreshed identity, in that order. We have tried free Fridays, late openings, a better café. Each time we tell them the collection is worth the trip, print the posters, and wait for them to come back in through the front door on Wren Street. They don’t. Most of our objects have never left the building. Could a brand make them want to? The Director, Larchmere City Museum
